Bob and Mary purchased a new home. Shortly before putting the house on the market, they purchased a new dishwasher and installed it under the counter top in their kitchen. They intend to take the dishwasher with them to their new residence, because it doesn't make sense to go out and buy another dishwasher for their new home. May Bob and Mary remove the appliance?
