Answer to Question 1

Compare and contrast personal property and fixtures. The dishwasher is a fixture because it is permanently attached under the counter.

Answer to Question 2

Minimum requirements will allow the computer to function with one program open at a time, but it may not run as fast as desired. The recommended requirements specifications allow for the full utilization of the software with more than one program running at the same time. Depending on the size of the system, multiple programs running at the same time may cause a slowdown in overall performance and may result in a computer crash if there are conflicts in sharing the memory and CPU. The user can use the menu to find the specifications of the computer and compare that with the minimum and recommended requirements before installing software.
