Cooper lost his job. He has been ordered by the court to pay for his son's school activities, in addition to the child support. Without a job, there is no way Cooper can pay child support plus the money for those activities. What should Cooper do?
 
  a. File a motion for modification of the order.
  b. Nothing. His situation has changed, everyone should understand.
  c. Pay only the child support.
  d. Cancel the child's activities.

Phoebe and Martha have two cars that they used while married and living together. Since Martha left the house, she has not allowed Phoebe to drive either car. She claims that because the cars are titled in her name, she has exclusive control over the cars. Phoebe had no way to get to work or transport the children to school and to their activities. Phoebe should file a motion:
