Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Experienced managers know that the receiving process is very important to the assurance of high quality food products and to achieving budgeted costs. For that reason, adequate time must be allotted to perform receiving tasks. These tasks include checking product quality and quantity against purchase orders and operational product specifications. This process is very difficult to accomplish when the operation is extremely busy serving guests. For that reason many managers do not allow product deliveries during busy food serving times.
