Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

There are a variety of reasons why experienced restaurateurs often choose to open franchised restaurants. Chief among these reasons is the fact that franchised restaurants have a history of success. This not only increases the odds of the restaurant being a financial success but most often will also assist in helping the restaurateur in acquiring needed startup funds to begin operations.
