mass market

Answer to Question 2

This restaurant is part fast casual and part casual- there is not full table service since the beginning of the service process is counter service, but there is also a higher price point and quality level than a regular fast casual restaurant. This type of restaurant may be confusing for customers and so it should be explained for the first time user of the brand. When the customer comes in, the cashier should explain the process so that the customer understands it.
