Answer to Question 1

Za'atar is both a specific herb and then also an herb and spice mixture which is used quite
extensively in many countries in the Mediterranean. The herb tastes like a mixture of
oregano, savory, and thyme. The herb blend consists of thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, and
salt.

Answer to Question 2

Answer should include the following: This area is predominately occupied by two groups  married couples with no children and married couples with children. For both groups, income levels ranges point to middle to upper-middle class status. Most work in professional careers in white collar jobs and have a 20+ minute drive to work. Family friendly, casual operations will do well here, as will trendy, special occasion establishments. In addition, restaurants that provide take-out options will be popular. Menus should offer both traditional and innovative choices. Many in the community may be price sensitive due to life expenses such as college loan debt, mortgages, car payments and daycare expenses.

Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
