Za'atar is both a specific herb and then also an herb and spice mixture which is used quite
extensively in many countries in the Mediterranean. The herb tastes like a mixture of
oregano, savory, and thyme. The herb blend consists of thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, and
salt.

Answer should include the following: This area is predominately occupied by two groups married couples with no children and married couples with children. For both groups, income levels ranges point to middle to upper-middle class status. Most work in professional careers in white collar jobs and have a 20+ minute drive to work.
