There are actually more similarities than there are differences between bulgogi
and galbi. Both of these foods are grilled, both are made of meats from the same
animalsbeef, pork, or chicken. Lastly, both use the same marinade which is rich,
dark, and flavorful. The difference is that the meat used for bulgogi is sliced and
the meat that is used for galbi is on the bonesuch as ribs or chicken legs.
