Answer to Question 1

The top menu (from 1895) has a duration management strategy at the bottom  it says, Seats reserved twenty minutes only.. This is informing customers how long they are allowed to sit at a seat and gives the restaurant operator total control of duration.

Answer to Question 2

1,170,000  .02 = 23,400

This expected revenue increase makes adopting the RRM program a much less risky proposition, especially if the expected increase has been carefully and conservatively estimated.
