What is the intention of COBRA?
 
  a. Extends healthcare coverage at group rates for people who would otherwise lose it if they resigned
  b. Appeal process for employees whose healthcare insurance claims have been denied by adjuster
  c. Federal insurance program for those denied healthcare due to preexisting condition or other issues
  d. Group plan designed for service workers and other employee groups not normally covered traditionally

What is the intention of Employee assistance plans?
 
  a. Provide counseling and other services to help employees deal with a wide range of problems that hinder their ability to function effectively at work
  b. Coach supervisors and managers in counseling skills in order that they may assist employees with personal issues
