An elderly widower is having difficulty preparing meals and eating by himself. What recommendation would you give him?
 a. Share your meals and time with others by inviting friends to dinner.
 b. Eat often in restaurants because the meals are balanced nutritionally.
 c. Avoid mixed dishes because they may contain too many calories per serving.
  d. Purchase frozen dinners because they contain all the necessary food groups.
  e. Start using Meals on Wheels.
