Answer to Question 1

Assuming you have called for help, you must act quickly and do the following:
Flood the eye with lukewarm, not hot, water, poured from a large glass 2 or 3 inches from the eye.
Continue rinsing the eye for 15 minutes.
Have the victim blink the eye as much as possible during the flooding.
Do not force the eyelid open.
Do not let the victim rub the eyes.
If lukewarm water is not available, rinse the eye quickly using a gentle stream from a hose for at least 15
minutes.

Answer to Question 2

It is tightly attached to the skin below it, so it compensates for the increased area by wrinkling. This happens to the hands and feet because they have the thickest layer of dead keratin cells.
