c

Answer to Question 2

L-theanine is a variation of an amino acid that is found in green tea. It can cross the blood-brain barrier and help reduce the stress levels in an individual. The major concern would be that the levels of L-theanine could vary between tea preparations and a large amount of this L-form amino acid may have other effects in the central nervous system.
