All of the following are tips for safe food handling EXCEPT:
  1.Avoid contact between raw and cooked foods.
  2.Keep hot foods over 120 degrees F and cold foods below 50 degrees F.
  3.Wash fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly with warm water before eating.
  4.Freeze or refrigerate leftovers promptly.

  1.Wash hands with soap and water before handling foods.
  2.Do not consume foods that are past their expiration date.
  3.When in doubt, throw it out.
