All of the following are true regarding vitamin E EXCEPT:
  1.it acts as an antioxidant.
  2.increases the ability of LDL cholesterol to form plaque in arteries.
  3.salad dressings are a good source.
  4.it may decrease the symptoms of Alzheimers disease.

All of the following are true regarding vitamin C EXCEPT:
