5) Fresh fruits and vegetables should be a part of their daily diet choices
6) A sense of community that helps people with nutrition

Answer to Question 2

The program described will benefit young adults and their familiespossibly young children who will enjoy healthier diets due to their parents cooking/shopping skills, and middle-aged adults who receive the information second-hand after their children attend the classes.
