Answer to Question 1

 Glucose dropped to WNL
 Cholesterol and LDL lowered to 210 and 147 mg/dL, respectively (closer to WNL)
 Triglycerides dropped to 125 mg/dL (WNL)
 HDL rose to 38 mg/dL
 Apo A and Apo B raised and lowered, respectively, to become WNL.
 Exercise, weight loss, and smoking cessation could have been factors to bring about these changes

Answer to Question 2

 New-onset weakness of the right side involving the right arm and leg.
 Difficulty speaking with changes in control of muscles and tongue.
 Cranial nerves III, V, VII, and XII impaired.
 Motor function tone and strength diminished on right side and for extremities.
 Dysarthria may place Mrs. Washington at risk for difficulty with chewing and swallowing.
 Her weakness indicates she may have problems with meal preparation and self-feeding skills.
