Answer to Question 1

Do a needs assessment questionnaire that asks respondents to indicate the number of children in their household and the nature of their child care requirements. Include requests for information about when they need child care: part time, full time, evenings, weekends. The questionnaire should be as simple as possible, but when tabulated should partially answer the question of need.

Answer to Question 2
