Mr. Tamberion can inform the parents of the new vocabulary that the children are learning in class by sending home a note with the new words. He can also encourage the children to be "word hunters" by bringing to class new words that they learn at home. In addition, by encouraging parents to discuss books that they read together, the child will learn new vocabulary associated with the books.
