Please code all the diagnoses for the inpatient admission.

Jackson is a 12-year-old Hispanic male who was brought to the ED by his mom. He had a fever of 103°F, and was complaining of shortness of breath. After talking with both Jackson and his mom, it was evident he's been feeling poorly for several weeks, and over the course of the past few months, he's easily fatigued and had a lot of bruises. Physical exam in the ED showed lumps under the arms were enlarged.

The patient was admitted with suspected ALL, which was later confirmed by a bone marrow biopsy. Testicular biopsy was negative. Cytogenic analysis was also negative. The plan is to start the patient on induction chemotherapy in the morning.

 Diagnosis: ALL, induction chemotherapy
