You are going door to door, looking for an escaped convict. Knocking on the door of one house, you identify yourself and present your credentials and explain what you are looking for. When you step into the living room, there is a video running on the television that clearly depicts a minor involved in sexually explicit activities. You immediately request a warrant to search the house. As a result the person is arrested on several counts of possessing child pornography. Will this case hold up in court?
