When you step into the living room, there is a video running on the television that clearly depicts a minor involved in sexually explicit activities. You immediately request a warrant to search the house. As a result the person is arrested on several counts of possessing child pornography. Will this case hold up in court?

◦ Yes. You had permission to enter and the evidence was clearly visible.
◦ No. You only had permission to enter the house. You did not have permission to search it.
◦ No. The person can claim that they did not have the authority to give you permission to enter.
