Answer 1

The Cunard Line in 1839.

Answer 2

An ecolodge has evolved from being considered primarily as a nature-dependent tourist lodge that meets the philosophy and principles of ecotourism to an ecotourist lodging facility which follows economic, environmental, and culturally sustainable practices. An ecolodge can be considered as being different from other forms of lodging due to the expectation that it will be community-based in terms of ownership, operation, and/or benefits generated.
