You are the nurse caring for Helen, who informs you she did not sleep a wink last night with all the noise in the hallway and everyone repeatedly coming in to take her vital signs. She states she is simply exhausted and all she needs is a few hours rest. Understanding Helens need for rest, you inform her that you will place a note on the door for a do not disturb for the next few hours so she can rest. Should she need anything, you provide her with your Spectralink number and inform the rest of the staff of the situation.
