The rate at which a drug is absorbed into the bloodstream is given by = a -βb, where b(t) is the concentration of the drug in the bloodstream at time  t  minutes after the drug is ingested, and a and b are positive constants. How long does it take for  b(t)  to rise to half its limiting value as  t → ∞?
