 Social constructionist theories: Sexual attitudes and behaviors vary widely based on learning and cultural norms. Male and female sexual attitudes/behavior will shift according to who has power in society, what historical norms have been, etc.
 Evolutionary theory: The sex drive was shaped by natural selection.
