Answer to Question 1

Answer: It is a set of societal norms whose central idea is that people should be ready to defend their honor with violent retaliation if necessary.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: A psychopath is a person characterized by impulsivity, irresponsibility, low empathy, and lack of sensitivity to punishments. Psychopaths are inclined to be violent for personal gain, and tend not to be deterred by potential punishments.
