Answer: Communal sharing: A form of exchange in which all group members share in the group's resources as needed and depend on one another for mutual care.
Authority ranking: A form of exchange in which goods are divided based upon people's status within the group.
Equality sharing: A form of exchange in which each person gets the same as others in the group.
Market pricing: A form of exchange in which everyone obtains benefits in proportion to their contributions.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Communal orientation reflects the extent to which people believe that each person in a relationship should give whatever is necessary to satisfy the needs of the other person in the relationship. People who are high prefer a communal sharing relationship, whereas people who are low prefer an equity-based relationship.
