Right after taking office, 67 of Americans reported that they approved of the job President Obama was doing. However, almost two years later, it had dropped to only 47.
 
  Then, Navy Seals located and killed Osama Bin Laden, and the president's approval rating was back up to 60. This phenomenon suggests that
