  When Janet started taking notes for her boss, Fred, she just knew that there was something wrong. She decided that she should stay quiet and let him cool off a bit. However, the moment she made a mistake with the dictation, Fred blew up at her, throwing his arms in the air in disgust. Janet did not say anything, figuring that he just needed to blow off steam. This interaction made her a bit angry, but she has learned to let things like that go, thinking he is just like that. He later apologized for the outburst and they both felt much better after the apology.
