According to Bill Bridges, why is the neutral zone important?
 
  a. When we have met our basic needs for food and shelter we are able to use our natural drive for personal growth to attempt to reach our full potential.
  b. It is usually only during the time of transitions in life that we have the opportunity to consider what we want to do next with our lives.
  c. When a person is going through the grieving process, the best thing you can do is not to try and lessen the loss with easy answers such as There must have been a reason.
  d. If you have not successfully solved the crisis at one stage of development, you will have trouble solving the crisis at later stages.

- Make a list of strengths and weaknesses; use your strengths and get someone to help you with your weak areas

- Learn to say no
- Learn to delegate: trade with someone else to compensate for each other's weaknesses
- Don't leave things in piles; organize it as you go
