Describe the steps one should take if they believe they have been the victim of sexual harassment. 4 points, one each for any 4 of the following:
- If the incident includes rape or attempted rape file criminal charges
- If the incident does not include rape write a letter to the offender, etc.
- If the incident takes a lesser form, but is still annoying, confront the person
- Document each incident
- Get support from family, friends, co-workers, etc.
- If the behavior doesn't stop, meet with the offender's supervisor
- Know your rights; read policies; follow guidelines
- Act quickly; don't let time pass between the incident and action
