Which of the following is the problem with the old Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you?

List at least 3 things a smoker can do to increase the chances that he or she will be able to quit. 3 points; 1each for any 3 of the following:
- Motivation needs to come from within; pressure from others won't work
- Be aware of the settings in which you usually smoke and avoid these
- Don't give in to the urge to have just one more
- Try a nicotine substitute
- Analyze the social and psychological needs being filled by smoking and find other ways to satisfy these needs
