Students should demonstrate an understanding of phenotype in their descriptions.
Both similarities and differences should be included.

Answer to Question 2

This answer should include the various factors known to put a couple at risk for
having a child with a genetic disorder: Older mothers and fathers, parents from the
same ethnic group, parents related to each other, previous spontaneous abortions,
or having had children with inherited disorders.
