Motor development programs to enhance early development are categorized as no programming and programming. In the no programming motor program, it is suggested that

  B. infants should be left on their backs until they are capable of changing position
  C. infants should not be held except when necessary
  D. infants should wear hard-soled shoes in early months to assist with walking movements
