It is a projectile motion question,my main problem is how to use the second angle it lands with to the ground.

Answer :

This is use to solve the vectors of final velocity of projectile when it hits the ground. When you get the values of vectors of the final velocity, then you can now solve the final velocity.

The formulas are :
Vfx = Vf cos @
Vfy = Vf sine @
Vfx = Vox
Vfy^2 = Voy^2 - 2gy

Vf = ((Vfx^2 + Vfy^2)^1/2
