D

Answer to Question 2

A correlation study measures if changes on one variable are accompanied by changes in another. A positive correlation pattern amongst variables means that as the values of one variable change, the scores on the other variable change in the same direction. A negative correlation pattern amongst variables means that as values change on one variable, the scores on the other variable change in the opposite direction. It is also possible for variables to have no relationship pattern.
