The three conditions that must be met for Muslims to consider a marital contract to be valid are 1) the woman obeys the man for the duration of the marriage, 2) the woman puts herself under the man's authority and allows him free access to her
 
  sexually, and 3) the woman must:
  a) bear more than one child.
  b) remain covered (wear a veil).
  c) sign the contract.
  d) work solely in the home.
