Answer to Question 1

(d)

Answer to Question 2

The student should indicate that a new trend has emerged called redivorce, divorces during second or subsequent marriages. With each new marriage, the length of time in that marriage decreases. Second and subsequent marriages are more at risk for divorce possibly due to the presence of stepchildren, financial problems and the inability to resolve differences from past and present relationships.
