I would like to know how the environment changes, because no one in my family has ever been to a university and thus I have no idea what it's like.

When I'm older, I'm hoping to study at King's College Cambridge and get a degree in computer science.

The workload is entirely different - way more studying, way more homework, way more papers, etc.
In the typical highschool the instructors do a lot of hand-holding and explaining every little thing you're expected to learn - in the university environment you're expected to do most of your learning on your own outside the classroom.
