Researchers found that compared to school districts that retained their early start times, school districts that made school start times a half-hour later than the usual time (e.g., 8:30 AM instead of 8:00 AM),
 
  a. had paradoxically more teens oversleeping and then rushing to school late.
  b. had a higher rate of depression among teens.
  c. had a lower rate of driving accidents by teens on school days.
