Jade is a 15-year-old high school freshman who tends to be very high-strung and tense. Sometimes when her parents aren't home she will sneak a shot of liquor from their bar, or sit in the basement and drink a beer from the downstairs refrigerator. She tells herself that the alcohol helps her to relax. According to your textbook, an effective way to help Jade reduce her drinking would be to
