Technician A uses an impact socket on an impact wrench to tighten lug nuts. Technician B tightens lug nuts in a criss-cross pattern with a torque wrench. Which technician is correct?

Question 2

Technician A says that inductive ignition systems supply battery voltage to the positive side of the ignition coil and pulse the negative side of the coil on and off to ground to create a high-voltage spark. Technician B says if an ignition system uses a distributor, it is called a distributor ignition (DI) system. Who is right?
