The reason you can't find a website to answer your question is because Obama changes his positions so often.

He is for "Change" and against Bush.  That's pretty much it.  His important positions he has taken for or against issues couldn't fill out a pamphlet, much less a website.

Pick a position, and he is both for it and against it. It really depends on what day of the week it is.
