Emotional. Some women who choose not to become mothers have no maternal instincts; these women report that they have no emotional connection or feelings toward babies or children.
Idealistic. These women indicate that they feel the world is not a safe place to bring a child into. They also feel that the world's resources are limited and they raise environmental concerns in their decision not to have children.
Practical. Women in this category desire to remain childfree for practical reasons, such as educational or career goals.
