Technician A says that the brake pedal height should be checked as part of a thorough visual inspection of the brake system. Technician B says the pedal free play and pedal reserve should be checked. Which technician is correct?

The multi meter will have an ammeter setting and if set to check amps:
 
  a. the red lead is moved and both leads are connected in parallel with the load
 b. the black lead is moved and both leads are connected in series with the load
