If your shop measures customer satisfaction by the number of complaints and this month you only had one complaint out of 100 completed service jobs, could you assume that you satisfied 99 of your customers? Please explain your answer.

The answer should be no if for other reason than the silent majority and the fact the shop has not formal way of measuring customer satisfaction there is no way to know what their CSI score would be.
