What is the maximum contracting speed of a hydraulic cylinder having a cylinder diameter of 4.00 inches and a ram diameter of 2.00 inches if hydraulic fluid is pumped into the cylinder at a rate of 3.1 GPM? Report your answer in inches/second, and round to the nearest tenth.
