A hydraulic cylinder has a 5.00-inch cylinder diameter and 2.00-inch ram diameter. The cylinder is actuated by a pump having a 9.6 GPM flow rating at operating pressure. What is the extending speed of the cylinder, in inches per second? Round to the nearest tenth.
